Welcome to our nice, non-smoking and hypoallergenic guest houses in central Sunne. The house is built in 2021 and is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Bedlinen and towels are included at the time of stay. Also coffee, tea, shampoo, soap and laundry detergent as well as cleaning products. The cottage has a nice south facing wooden deck with food furniture and barbecue. Grass spots for the kids to play on. Here you are close to Sunne summerland, shops, food restaurants and most tourist attractions in the municipality.

New cottage located 50 meters from the shore of Lake Friend. Kitchen section with fridge, pour, microwave, fully equipped with porcelain, (no oven). Small living room with sofa, coffee table and TV. Bedroom with double bed, bedroom with bunk bed, loft with double bed and a single bed. Private bathroom with shower and vc. Air heat pump! Self outdoor seating area with furniture and barbeque. Possibility to rent wood-fired sauna at an extra cost. The cottage is 40 sqm + the loft. Not so big but nice! Happy if the cottage is left tidy, clean and tidy! Welcome!

Wonderful year-round accommodation. Close to nature with wildlife, forest walks and silence. You'll love our place because of the neighborhood and the outside space. Our accommodation is suitable for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Car is needed because there is no public transport. Nearest grocery store Edane, 10 km. Dining area, kitchenette with sink, cupboard, coffee maker, microwave, stove. Refrigerator and freezer are also available. Bathroom with toilet and shower and sauna in connection. Veranda southbound. Three minutes walk to the pier by Lake Fryken where you can swim. Distance: Ski Sunne 14 km, Sommarland 6 km, Mårbacka 15 km, Rottneros Park 8.5 km, Theatre 8.5 km, Sunne golf course 8 km.

Cabin with large undisturbed patio facing south. A home where you take care of yourself and can enjoy the tranquility and nice views. Good lake system for SUP or boat and excellent hiking opportunities in the forests around. Fully equipped cottage where you can fire in the fireplace inside or light a fire at the barbecue area outside. For the greatest nature experience you can use the boat that included. The electric motor allows you to glide silently through the leafy canals right around the corner. 10 min from the shopping center.

Welcome to this leisure paradise, 100m to Lake Värmeln. A complete farm from the 1800s with a barn, herbre, stalls, fence yard and a sauna and a jetty. The farm is located high up, surrounded by a large courtyard with two furnished patios, lawns, berry bushes, fruit trees. Here you have a wide view of the lake, meadows, forest and the old village of Nussviken. At the private beach there is a wood-fired sauna, jetty, canoe, kayak and rowboat to borrow. For children there is a swing, sandbox and playhouse.

Own small cottage of 52m2 + 25m2 loft and large terrace with outdoor hot tub for 6 people. Very modern and nice accommodation for himself with the host in his own house on the plot. Private parking space with space for 3 cars. Directly adjacent to the friend and 12km by car to the main square Karlstad. Small oak with electric motor is available if desired. If you have your own boat, you can leave it at the jetty. In summer, you can borrow a smaller boat with an electric motor (see picture)
