Its old-style roof, cozy decor, and sea views call for a serenity of another time :relax by the fire after long walks in the Cote d 'Albâtre. Veulettes: the countryside by the sea, a very small seaside resort with a little old-fashioned charm (35 km from Étretat Charming typical Norman cottage with its thatched roof, its half-timberings, its pleasant flowered garden. You will be captivated by this dominant view of the sea and the cliff. Bright ,comfortable house with refined decoration. Extensive stay ,where you can spend beautiful evenings by the fire. The kitchen is new and very well equipped ,there is the necessary and the superfluous to cook.. normal coffee maker and nespresso, squeegee machine,waffle iron,etc...spices The house has 4 bedrooms: -2 rooms with a double bed including 1 sea view. -1 bedroom with 2 single beds. -1 bedroom called "cabin",very small:5m2 with window , a bed of 190*80 Hi-Fi, CD , DVD BBox fiber:Wi-Fi excellent speed 388 TV channels,Bouquet Press . books , comics,board games,toys ( Kappla,Lego,Labyrinth of marbles) Barbecue , garden furniture and teak sunbathing. Badmington, petanque games,Molki. You're at home! This cottage is our family refuge for holidays or weekends away from the hustle and bustle of Paris. We fully restored most of it ourselves in 2016,and we hope to continue to make improvements each year. We leave our memories ,our old family furniture patina by the time or refurbished to the taste of the day. There is everything to spend great times together both inside and out. I have no doubt that you will love the place and its magnificent view as much as we love it! Veulettes is a tiny little seaside resort. As much as the village is lively in season ,as many in winter there are only 2 restaurants ,the micro casino,and the grocery/bakery open! But this region and its walks are sublime summer and winter! We will send you by email a small guide of the place and the region ,we leave many guides,as well as hiking directions in the house: You will never have time to see everything, to do everything! You'll have to come back! Excellent stay in the Alabaster coast and Pays de Caux! A private path allows access to the beach and the center quickly (600 meters) This dirt road is sloping,and it is not passable in a stroller. By the GR 21 you will walk along the sea, the cliffs, and discover breathtaking landscapes, summer and winter, mansions and sumptuous gardens. Maupassant region, loved by Monet and the Impressionists, it is also a gastronomic stage. You won't have time to see everything! By car: 2 hours from Paris (200km),if traffic allows... 50 minutes from Le Havre , 1 hour 10 minutes from Honfleur 35/40 minutes from Dieppe or Etretat 45 minutes from Rouen Veules les Roses 15 minutes Varengeville 3O minutes Sncf Station the nearest Yvetot 35 km(Paris st Lazare/Yvetot: 1h50) Then coach connection sncf to St Valery en Caux or Cany Barville (9 km each from Veulettes) Ferry: Dieppe Bed linen and towels are a paid option: 15€/person.
