I built a second bathroom near the rental room which is functional but needs some cosmetic work and trim as Covid 19 put all repairs to a stop. Use of kitchen, laundry, and other spaces can be arranged. Off street parking. Home owner has cats and has medical knee and hip issues. Long term tenant is living upstairs in the laundry/second bedroom, Ara.
