The cottage is closely situated inland from the Marriott Hotel, in a very quiet new neighbourhood of Boroncana Homes & Gardens, along a cul-de sac road, on private land, 1.5 km distance from the beach, hotels & restaurants, shopping center, tourist markets and cinemas. 3 minutes driving, or 18 min.walking to the above locations. The cottage has a 40 m2 living area on floor level, bedroom with queen size bed, air conditioning, spacious closet, safe box to be opened by key attached to key ring, large flat screen TV with 200 or more channels, ample bathroom, 2 back packers chairs & beach towels & umbrellas & snorkels & coolboxes , kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, micro wave, stove, coffee maker, blender, broiler, toaster, and cooking utensils. Upstairs is a stand up loft with 25 m2 area, utilized as Yoga-gym room with mattresses, ceiling and standing ventilators, desk and chair as a computer work space.
