We offer a bedroom with bathroom and toilet in our detached house. The neighborhood is very quiet. You'll have the opportunity to park easily in front of the house. We live upstairs and the bedroom is on the ground floor which makes it independent. You will find all the amenities in NIEUL (bakery, tobacco press, pharmacy, supermarket,...). The house is located 7 min from Bellegarde airport, 12 min from Limoges north ZI and A20 motorway, 15-20 min from Limoges city center. You're welcome !
