Rachel's Place is a cottage that I remodeled for my mother when she moved here. When her dementia accelerated she could no longer live on her own. She moved into our house with us. I took a lot of time and care to make it special for her. Now I invite you to enjoy Rachel's Place. Everything is brand new. It has everything you need to provide a wonderful and relaxing base for your trip. Signal Mountain is a beautiful little community, once voted the best place in Tennessee to raise a family

Lookout Mountain Apartment

This garage apartment is located across the street from the Incline Station and 3 blocks from Point Park and access to mountain trails. Private setting in a wonderful neighborhood. We have parking in our driveway for one extra car. The kitchen has a full sized refrigerator, sink , microwave, coffee maker, electric skillet, toaster and slow cooker. Renter must be 21 or older. We don't accept children under the age of 12. Only two people may stay in the apartment. No pets. No smoking.

Welcome to Nothin' Fancy! If you are looking for a basic place to rest, this is a clean and affordable option. Think about this place as one step up from camping. It is behind our main house, and we ensure privacy. We have one full bed, kitchen, and bathroom in a 400-foot space. We’re about 20 minutes away from Chatt. We are animal friendly for a small pet fee. We also have dogs/cats; you may hear them outside. The house is basic with no internet or tv; however, we do have cell service.

This comfy cottage is a great place to stay while enjoying the Chattanooga area and is set in one of the most beautiful places on Signal Mountain. Signal Mountain is an oasis 20 minutes outside of Chattanooga and the area is an outdoor lovers paradise. There are 2 beautiful waterfall hikes within 15 minutes of the cottage. The cottage has a full kitchen, bathroom and bedroom as well as a pull out couch in the livingroom. Guests love the open floor plan and full kitchen.

In the heart of historic Old Town on Signal Mtn, the Carriage House is a charming hideaway built in 1934 and restored in 2014. A scenic 15 minute drive from downtown Chattanooga, the apartment is above a detached garage with private entrance and 2 bedrooms/1 bathroom. Max capacity is 4 guests Sept-May and 2 guests June-Aug due to limited air-conditioning in smaller bedroom. We're taking a break from hosting guests with toddlers.
