Completely separate lockable access to a generously sized, sunny studio apartment, with undercover parking next to your entrance. A mountain bike park on the back doorstep or a scenic walk into town. The walk back up is steep and requires moderate fitness. Otherwise sit back and drink in the view or wander in the garden. Breakfast of home made muesli/yoghurt and toast.

Spacious and convenient apartment

The apartment is bright, spacious and welcoming, with its own access and large sunny deck area and is perfect for couples. People love staying here! Nelson city centre is a pleasant 15 minutes walk along the clear Brook stream. Mountainbike and walking trails are 500m away. The wildlife sanctuary is 2km up the road. We can help outdoor enthusiasts plan their time here and are happy to safely store expensive bikes. Private, comfortable place right next door to MTB and walking trails!

Situated on Nelsons popular waterfront our roomy lower level apartment is close the beach & city. We believe it's the little things that count when staying in holiday accommodation so we have equipped our apartment with luxury linen, furnishings, SKY TV, DVD, Smart TV with Neon, Prime and Disney channel , Nespresso machine, BBQ and Wifi. REDUCED PRICE PER NIGHT FOR MOST OF WINTER We live in a lovely central area of Nelson and have a private separate area downstairs. This area has a queen bed, private bathroom and separate entrance . It is 5 minutes walk to supermarkets, takeaways . Recently renovated everything is crisp and new with a smart tv and air conditioning . There is outdoor seating and off road parking . We live upstairs and are happy to help you enjoy your time here in Nelson.

Welcome to our well appointed private, sunny sleep out with large deck, park views, ensuite bathroom, fridge, microwave and tea/coffee facilities. A short stroll to city hub, bus depot and Trafalgar Centre with a supermarket just down the street. The Airport bus stops just around the corner every 30 minutes, seven days a week. (It stops near Tahunanui Beach on the way too.) Self check-in is offered and often early check-in or late check-out can be arranged.

Sunny Miyazu, luxury stay for a couple in Nelson

A modern one bedroom home. Very spacious, private and spotlessly clean. Owner lives 1.4 km away and is happy to assist guests however he can. The property is opposite Miyazu Garden, close to town, has lovely park and sea views and is right on the Nelson bike/walking trail. WiFi, smart TV, espresso machine, air fryer, blue tooth speaker, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, walk in wardrobe, modern appliances throughout.
