Pleasant, Vancouver's original neighborhood. Inside, a modern and thoughtful design enhances the beauty of this 1912 Craftsman classic. This thoughtfully designed 1145 sq ft home comes with an extra 300 sq ft covered deck, combining function and style in a spacious, open format that is comfortably contemporary and warm. Start each day by preparing breakfast in the comfort of your well-appointed European kitchen. Later on, host a lunch or dinner for friends, or business colleagues. The dining table extends to seat up to 8 in the open concept living area. Curl up and enjoy the glow of the fireplace. The mantel and the eating bar are both live edge maple slabs. On warm evenings take your cocktails and dinner onto the porch. Or, you could simply kick back on the comfy deck chairs looking out on the age-old trees and the passers by. Do you ever feel like a little pampering? Close the door to the main bath and enjoy. There’s enough space to relax with great fixtures and effective lighting. The master en-suite is a 3-piece with its own shower. What makes for a good nights sleep? Our mattresses will do their part. Choose between a Stearns and Foster king or two separate XL twin beds which are Posturepedic Libretto Eurotops and can be combined into a true king bed. The Smart HDTV swivels to face you in the kitchen, or on the couch and you can pair your mobile device to the Bluetooth sound bar. If you prefer the exact same apartment but really only need 1-bedroom, either a king bed with an en-suite (then enter www.airbnb.ca/rooms/4070759 into your browser), or a room with two Twin XL beds (then enter www.airbnb.ca/rooms/3994702 into your browser) and reissue your request. The 1-bedroom options are both the same price. Both of these bedrooms make up the 2-bedroom apartment. We lock the room that is not in use. We feel that you should only have to pay for what you use. Private, front path with level street access. Parking is in a designated spot at the back of the property from the rear lane and private side path to front door. The entry door has a keypad with a unique code for each rental. Hosts Mark and Joanne are available to answer questions in person and/or via phone/text/email. We try to welcome you personally to both familiarize you with the apartment and to answer any questions. The apartment is on a quiet tree-lined street in a neighborhood with beautiful original houses from the 1910s. It's walking distance to amazing coffee shops, eateries, craft breweries and some of the most interesting shopping Vancouver has to offer. Did I mention the great people watching! The Canada Line from the airport to downtown (The Broadway Station) is 6 blocks away. Every necessary amenity is 3 to 5 blocks easy walk away. The east/west transit bus line (Broadway) is 4 hocks south. The north/south transit bus lines are 3 blocks away on both Cambie (into the downtown core) and Main (to China Town and Gas Town). Bike Lanes are every 4 blocks in all directions and have traffic calming features and are heavily used. The sidewalks are well maintained and crosswalks abound. We have a dedicated park spot for your car. Most of Vancouver is metered parking, or residents only, but 1 and 2 hours zones are common away from major routes. From the airport it is 15minutes by taxi or take the Canada Line to the Broadway Station. It is six blocks from there to the suite. This 1912 house is in excellent condition with a lovely garden. This suite is the entire main floor with a private verandah.

“Suite on Main” near Q.E Park

Just renovated, sparkling new and clean! **** New smart 50" 4K TV with plenty of channels. Including: Movies, Crave, Netflix and much more. Underfloor heating, which will make you feel cozy and warm in the winter. Stay at our garden level suite, located in the heart of Vancouver's trendy "Main street" area. A couple will enjoy the romantic bedroom. A child will enjoy the beautiful gated garden with a swing and a friendly house cat. The suite is clean as new and very quiet. The location is central, within walking distance from many great shops, restaurants, pubs and Queen Elizabeth Park. Buses running on Main street will transport you to the Main street Sky-train station, which connects you to many other central areas in Vancouver, including the downtown area, Vancouver's beaches and the SeaBus station leading to North Vancouver. Our lovely suite is 10 minutes walk to the new Canada Line train, which gets you to YVR airport in less than 15 minutes. A 7 minute train ride will also get you to downtown. Elegant Private Basement Suite off Broadway

This modern basement suite has underfloor heating and a private entrance. We're less central than some places but our city neighbourhood is relatively quiet. Located along a bike route, we are near parks, 2-3 blocks from public transit, 20-30 minute walk to cafés, food, Main Street & Commercial Drive. While there is soundproofing in the suite, we have children and noise can often be heard through the ceiling. Note the suite is not zoned for cooking so there is no stove or hot plate available.
