Tasteful, spacious and secure for families.

Our relaxing upper level home hosts families or friends only four blocks from the Rambla & beach. A light-filled kitchen with dining area for eight facilitates teamwork! The house is secure, with alarm and blinds to black out the bedrooms for sleeping late. Our local grocery, pharmacy, café, hair salons and restaurants are only two blocks. The Portones Mall and shopping/eating on Arocena are both beautiful 15-20 minute walks through the neighborhood streets of Carrasco.

Spacious, with a pool, oceanfront.

It's just one house, whole thing In "Shangrilá", the first spa we found to the east - after leaving Montevideo- is located "El Quincho". On the boardwalk, minutes from the airport and Montevideo in a residential area, quiet but connected to everything. With garden, fire pit, heated pool (October-April), wood stove, grill, laundry room, master bedroom with walk-in closet, terrace, en-suite bathroom and ocean views, fully equipped, to enjoy the family all year round.

Land 500 m2 built 160 Main house with living room dining room, wood stove, full and bright kitchen overlooking the garden; 2 large bedrooms, one en suite and wood stove, 2 full bathrooms; second bedroom with a bunk bed and a seaman bed, barbecue garden and pool with deck. One block from the Mall, quiet area. Very enjoyable garden both during the day with the pool and the grillero and at night the illimination invites you to stay enjoying with family or friends.

A paradise among trees and lakes.

Tastefully decorated brand new place in one of the best neighborhoods adjacent to Montevideo. Luminous, airy and comfortable, with contemporary touches and full of amenities. In Parque Miramar, a safe and quiet, tree lined residential neighborhood conveniently located 5 min away from the airport, Carrasco and the beach. A charge for electricity will be added. Nice dogs and cats are more than welcome. Our dog, Emma, gets along with all animals and people.

Beautiful and safe, in Carrasco Sur. Excellent location, you can walk to the shopping center of Portones Shopping, with food space, cinemas, clothing stores, hypermarket, etc. Also 50 meters away there is a beautiful square with games for children. Excellent locomotion to the rest of the city. It is 15 minutes away from Carrasco Airport and 30 minutes away from Downtown. A few blocks from downtown Carrasco and the beach.
