Perfect place for spring training, golf, shopping and entertainment. Only minutes from the airport, downtown Scottsdale, Tempe, ASU, Cubs and A's stadiums. Great shopping, restaurants and theaters just across the street. The house is a cozy 4 bedroom with 2 masters. Not large but sufficient for your basic needs. 2 car garage available if you need it.
