Your expectations should be limited to what is promised here, and reviews should reflect how we did with these promises. Before submitting your review, please remember to base it on the following criteria and what was promised to be provided for the price paid as follows: Easy check-in process – You’ll be able to self-check in. Kelli will give you check-in details prior to arrival, including a lock box code. You’ll be able to access the rental at your leisure after check-in time, at 4pm. We offer early check-in options, if it’s available a couple days prior to your arrival for $50. Great Communication – Kelli is known to be responsive to guests before, during, and after their stay. You can expect prompt responses to your questions. She’ll respond to web site messages as soon as she can. Clean Accommodations – Your private apartment should be sparkling clean. Great Salmon Creek Location – You can easily walk to the medical center of Juneau/hospital. The Gold Creek Salmon Bake, open in the summer, is also only a 10 minute walk and Kelli offers 10% off to her vacation rental guests on all Alaska Travel Adventure tours, including this salmon bake. It's 3 miles from downtown, and the bus stop is at the bottom of the hill. You can walk to go fishing, hiking, a cool coffee shop, and a fabulous park and brand new, super cool playground. It has a great, paved running/biking/walking path along two lakes, called twin lakes. Accurate Description of the space - I try to make continuous improvements when guests make suggestions and do my best to keep the changes updated and published. If I missed something please let me know, so I can update the information. If you are missing something you were counting on, please let me know immediately, so I can try to provide it for your stay. Great Value – Juneau is expensive, especially during peak season, and while this is a more affordable option, we understand that it can seem expensive. Part of the value is the ability to rent for only one night and have an additional person. The price fluctuates depending on the season. We have to charge more when the business is there, so that we can afford to have it vacant for long, slow periods.
