Enjoy a fully fenced back yard, private dock, boat ramp access, covered back porch, single garage all on 3/4 acres. We provide a canoe & fishing equipment for all to use, including fish cleaning station. Please note this is not a lake you can swim in. On site grill to cook what you catch! It is close to Interstate 40 just off hwy 365. There is a public boat ramp across the cove a block over. A few games are provided for family fun. Plus Netflix! It is 25 minutes from Little Rock. Its a pet friendly place but please clean up after your pet otherwise there may be a cleaning charge added.
