Spend time on the shared lawn and private deck, before soaking in an Edwardian-style bath beneath a vaulted ceiling. This detached property has beautiful views across the Cornish countryside. It is next to the owners farm house where there is a shared lawn. There is a large decking with a patio set for Dovecote. Enter the property through an original arched wooden door and you will feel relaxed .The large wooden decking awaits and the view across the valley is special.The kitchen and open plan living area is spacious . Upstairs there is a Master bedroon with ensuite bathroom with an Edwardian style bath with shower attachment. All in all ,a place to unwind and relax before visiting some local attractions. The mile long drive leads to a gravel parking area next to the property where guests can park . Set in beautiful countryside only 7 miles from Launceston, the Dovecote is located on a working dairy farm reached by a mile-long track. Most of the time it's really peaceful here, with the nearest neighbours being 2 ponies in the next field. The nearest train station would be Bodmin. The mile long track to the property has suffered with the harsh winter.It will be improved as soon as possible.
