Physical well-being is also well taken care of in our region. You can relax and forget about everyday life in this well-maintained and tastefully furnished smoke-free apartment with free WiFi. This 74-square metre apartment for 2-4 people (2 separate bedrooms) was newly built and completely refurbished in 2020 and is located on the ground floor; it features underfloor heating and has a modern kitchen with oven, ceramic hob and dishwasher as well as a refrigerator with freezer. Of course there's a coffee machine, toaster, kettle and lovely tableware. The cosy living room area features a 50 inch flat screen TV. Towels and bath towels as well as a hair dryer are provided in the mobility access bathroom. If necessary, you can use the on-site washing machine with built-in dryer. A large terrace with comfortable garden furniture and barbecue is the perfect place for having a good time. Bicycles can be safely parked in the huge garden shed and e-bikes can be charged. There's parking for 2 cars right in front of the flat. There's an electric car charging station in front of the local authority administration (in town). Train and bus connections are a few minutes away on foot. There are beautiful hiking trails nearby and stunning pathways that cater to a variety of needs. Ich biete ein weiteres Gästezimmer an, das Zimmer selbst, ist schön hell und fast fertig renoviert, es hat nur einen kleinen Schönheitsfehler. Es sind noch Fliesen an der Wand vom Waschbecken und man sieht die Wasser zu und ab lauf Hähne Das Zimmer hat eine eigenes großes Bad mit Dusche, auch hier sind wir Stück für Stück am Modernisieren, die Decke ist ohne Verkleidung. Ich biete es einfach mal für kleines Geld an, vielleicht freut sich jemand sich mit wenig Geld eine Auszeit gönnen zu können
