Settle into this immaculate villa enhanced with tangy touches, renovated in a typically Mediterranean contemporary style. Enjoy a breathtaking view of the mountain from its terraces, between two dives in the pool. All these areas are completely private and only you have access. It should be noted that the owner lives on the lower level of the house which he accesses via another staircase. You will never see it unless you need it. The accommodation consists of a living room of 50 m² with a dining table for 8 people, a living room with 4k TV (French channels) and DVD, a large super equipped American kitchen: refrigerator, freezer, electric oven, glass plates, microwaves, dishwasher, coffee maker, tea maker, toaster, kettle and all the dishes/cutlery you may need. Everything is new. The washing machine and dryer are on the lower level. There are 3 double bedrooms including one with a king size bed of 180 x 190. The bedding is new and a folding baby bed is at your disposal. Bathroom with bathtub and bidet (unmissable in Spain). The living room is equipped with air conditioning and all windows are equipped with mosquito nets to allow the freshness of the evening Free Internet access (Wi-Fi). Outside and on one level, 2 large terraces: to the east, that of the swimming pool with its living room and dining area for fantastic dinners under the stars,; to the west, a porch to preserve from the heat of the sun with a very large table and barbecue; all overlooked by a large sloping garden planted with Mediterranean species: pines, fig trees, cork oaks, aloe, yuccas, cactus... The house is built on a sloping plot of 1200 m² completely enclosed, and one accesses the accommodation by a staircase equivalent to 2 floors (not suitable for disabled people). You have private access to all the parts described above. I reserve only one room with all my private belongings on the lower level that I will rarely use. I reach it by another staircase and if you wish, we will not cross. But, if necessary, I remain at your disposal throughout your stay Take your quarters in this subdivision of Mas Atalba, composed of terraced houses without vis-à-vis in a setting of Mediterranean greenery, 7 km from the village of Maçanet de la Selva and 20 minutes from the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Brava. Parking is on the street, right in front of the house, without any risk to cars. There are buses but you have to walk about a mile to reach the nearest stop. It is strongly recommended to have a vehicle. Parking is on the street, just in front of the entrance of the house illuminated at night by public lighting. There is no risk. Access: motorway exit at 8 km, train station at 10 km, Girona airport at 24 km, Barcelona airport at 91 km (1h15 by motorway). I can pick you up with a 7-seater VW Transporter for a very reasonable transportation fee.
