Located on peaceful Amber Lake, you’ll be staying across the street from Interlaken Golf Course. 4.3 miles from the center of downtown Fairmont you’ll find mom and pop restaurants, locally owned shops and the famous Fairmont Opera House. Fairmont is home to a very extensive park and trail system. There are miles of scenic recreation trails. Mountain bikes and kayaks are available.

This space is the lower one half of a lake front walkout in a very nice quiet neighborhood. You will be able tho enjoy the lake scenes in all 4 seasons from the heated cedar porch. Watching wildlife is always entertaining and relaxing. In spring/Summer you can try your luck at fishing on the private dock. Fishing equipment is available at the house and a bait shop is only a couple miles away.The perennial garden adjacent to 4 season porch will add to the ambiance during the growing season.
