Turunç is a tiny fishing village on the cost of Med sea just 22 kilometers from Marmaris Town Center. Surrounded by mountains and history, you can walk to ancient city of Amos and discover hidden trekking paths and bays on the way. Turunç has a Blue Flag for its clean waters and well kept beaches. In summer season main road is closed for cars so you can walk safely and enjoy your window shopping. Beach front has a fantastic view, restaurants, cafes. Overall peacefull, quite and beatiful.

Private house with huge garden in 1600 m2 orange,lemon fig trees. You can hike the forest road at the top.

It has a 2-storey, 185 m² usage area, a large living room with a fireplace, a semi-open kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, a spacious balcony with a view of nature on the 2nd floor. On the 2nd floor, there are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a balcony with sea view. All rooms have air conditioning and wifi, the level of comfort is high compared to holiday houses.

Our guest house located in Marmaris Orhaniye is a 70m2, one bedroom, one level house in a garden. Insaati is completed in 2019 with new items. There is a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room with a double bed when it is open. Also, a single folding bed can be added. The lounge and bedroom have separate air conditioning. There is a shared swimming pool of 50m2. My wife and I also live in another house in the same 1600m2 garden.

The house is located in the historical part of Marmaris. It is located in the old town near to the Castle of Marmaris and the Archeological Museum of Marmaris. It has the best sea view where you can appreciate your holiday. Bars, restaurants, and Marina are very close to our house approximately 3-4 minutes by walking. As our house is located in the old town of Marmaris the cars are not allowed to enter. However, there are parking slots near by.
