Centrally-located in Maple Valley. Just right for your Argus Ranch trials, or 2023 IRON MAN 70.3 or TOUGH MUDDER SEATTLE. 16 minutes to Argus, and 9 minutes to Lake Wilderness by car. Comfortable twin bed, coffee pot, fridge, microwave and a desk to work while you are away. Shared bath. Separate side yard for guest dogs. Please, let me know that you are bringing a dog. Although this room is advertised as pet friendly sorry no cats, I am seriously allergic. Parking is on the street.
