The apartment is located in one of the most beautiful, sunlit area of Lugano. A 180° view enchants the guests. In 15 minutes you can reach lake and center on a footpath. 500 meters to the bus station of line 2, which goes to the lake and center. The 65sqm apartment consists of a large living room with balcony facing the lake. Wonderful view also from the bedroom with double bed. Kitchen is fully equipped, as well as the completely newly renovated bathroom with shower.
