Enclosed on all sides, it's an ideal retreat without being “out of the world.” In the morning sun in front of the sacristei, in the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. The 500-year-old house has been completely renovated in 2021. Modern penthouse, private entrance, self contained, at the outskirts of Wipfeld. Big garden, hilltop, with great view on the water, Mainwiesen and orchards. A bike path is directly in front of the house, it is a 3 minute walk to the center / shore. Also, hiking trails within the vineyards are close by. I am happy to suggest great places to hike, dine, have fun and relax during your stay. The city of Würzburg is about 30km away.
