Cozy room

The space is a complete private with own entrance to the Cozy room and no any shared with another. It is first floor of the brand new townhouse. The commodious parking space in front of the door without permit. The building where is in the shopping center and nearby grocery store, restaurants, movie theaters and Dulles airport. An Excellent and the beautiful community where is. It’s very. convenient, quiet and peaceful location for stay. Since 2019 started Airbnb, most of my guests(99% are very satisfied and enjoyed their staying. This is my goal to do Airbnb and l am happy to be super host. Appreciate all my guests! Convenient location near Dulles Airport (IAD) and metro to DC, also close to breweries and national parks! We welcome guests into a private suite on the 1st floor of our home. We live in the 2nd floor upstairs part of the house, and you can hear us and our two kids, more on noise in the description below. Pets welcome, no fee! This above ground suite has a Queen bed, living area, full bath, fridge, Keurig, laundry, and microwave. No carpeting . Plenty of parking, groceries, and dining nearby!

Feel refreshed when you stay in this rustic gem! The Springhouse is nestled in the rolling hills of Northern Virginia’s Wine Country! Originally constructed in the early 1800's, this structure was built over a natural spring and used for refrigeration. The water from the spring maintains a constant cool temperature throughout the year while also filling a pond. The original stone well, channel and stone flooring are all intact for guests to explore and experience how our ancestors lived.

The Patent House

Built around 1760, our log cabin sits on our 3 acre farmette, in the countryside in view of the foothills that separate VA, WV & MD. It's fully renovated, with a master bedroom (queen), full bath & convertible sofa downstairs (full). The cabin is next door to our house & shares a fence with our pasture where our miniature donkeys live. We have yappy dogs and friendly outdoor cats. we're in the country, so bugs do make their appearance, but they tend to go straight to the window sills.
