The apartment is very bright and facing South West facing the ocean. Magnificent view (4th floor) in the middle of the bay of La Baule. The residence is quiet and very well maintained, with private parking and elevator. You just have to cross the street and you are on the beach! 3 minutes walk from shops, market, bike rental and restaurants. A 20-minute walk from De Gaulle Avenue. Bicycle path at the bottom of the residence and everywhere around. Baby welcome (free kit available).

Residential area with pretty facades, facing the waterfront promenade, the Saint Nazaire bridge near the fisheries. How not to fall in love with such a place . On the 2nd floor of a small 3 unit building only. This apartment will charm you. Very nice living/living room facing the sea on a modern kitchen, 2 bedrooms including one with sea view, shower room, wc. Very bright.

House with sea view, direct access to beach.

House overlooking the sea with terrace, enclosed garden, door with direct access on the customs road, 100 meters from the beach of the source and thalassotherapy, the train station is 900 meters, the port 1 km, close to all shops. Following many messages, the house will not be rented for 2 or 3 days. Rental is possible from 4 nights minimum in winter then 7 nights (during all school holidays as well as Spring until November 11). Thank you for your understanding .
