The house is located 100 meters from the lake in one of the ancient courtyards of Suna between the houses of the old Suna,inside the old courtyards, 200 meters from the swimming pools and 100 from the municipal beaches. Pallanza is 5 minutes on foot. The house is in the historic center, pedestrian island, you can walk . There are two parking spaces 50mt and one on Balilla Street and the other along the Toubetzkoy Street. The house has been recently refurbished and IS totally green. The house is immersed in nature, reachable only on foot 300 meters from the parking lot, but very close to the lake and the village that offers art and culture, beautiful panoramic views, restaurants and beach. You'll love the tranquility and vastness of the spaces, the views towards the lake and mountains, the intimacy, the exposed ceiling, the comfort, the wide lawn around. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families with kids.
