It has a combination oven/microwave, hob, fridge with freezer compartment, constant boiling water tap, granite worktops and all small appliances. It has a TV, log burner, bed settee and hot tub. There is an upstairs bedroom and en-suite shower room. The hot tub is in a private walled patio area. It is adjacent to open countryside. DOG FRIENDLY with own dedicated walking area.

Our place is close to Abersoch (2 miles), with it's sandy beach, restaurants & bars. There are great views from your private garden. You're close for surfing (Hell's Mouth is 2 miles away) as well as hiking in Snowdonia (1 hour drive) and to Caernarfon (45 min drive). It's an annexe attached to our farmhouse which is best suited for couples but does also have a twin bedroom in the attic for 2 children. You’ll love our cosy little place because of the location & the ambiance.
