Take your entire party in our kayaks to explore the and bars and wildlife as you'll be a 15- minute kayak ride away from Moriah Cay/Harbour and the Lazy River Sand Flats. Even on windy days, the waters of the Ferry Harbour remain calm. Bring a picnic and park the kayaks on a sand bar to enjoy endless stretches of sandbars that emerge at low tide. Newly constructed home completed in early 2022 is a 3-5 minute walk to the Tropic of Cancer beach located on Little Exuma. Home is two bedrooms with one of the bedrooms located in its own guest quarters with a full bathroom. Both buildings have AC and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. The couch located in the living room is a pull out (full size) for an additional guest if needed. The bathroom located in the main cottage is spacious and has an outdoor shower.
