Please Note: While I love my space and have worked on it very hard. There are two new bars one on either side of my property on the beach, and they have a habit of playing very loud music late into the night.

The property is located on the east side of Little Corn Island, on Cocal Beach. Our home has an open space design with fully equipped kitchen, indoor and outdoor showers and screened in back porch over looking a manicured lawn with palm trees. A two person hammock is on site. Walking distance to restaurants, dive shops etc

We are at 20 -25 minutes from the village, on the quiet side of the island in a secluded area, away from the nightlife. Guests have free access to all the farm's products . The suite, in the east wing of the main house, has its own private entrance and access to the garden and the beach, 1 bedroom with a queen and a single bed, bathroom, shower, porch with dining area and kitchen. The suite has power 24h a day, mosquito nets, drinking water and maid service. Maximum 3 adults, no children.
