The cottage is small, about 32 sqm, and consists of a living room with sofa bed, bedroom with two beds, kitchen, a very small bathroom with toilet and shower and a patio with outdoor furniture and barbecue. Baby cot and high chair can be arranged if requested by the guest. The cottage is located on a 1000 sqm plot facing the sea with neighbors next door on both sides. Below the house, there is a boat dock with swimming ladder. For better swimming, there is a nice swimming area within walking distance. The cottage is completely animal- and smoke-free. Sheets and towels are not included!

It is located between Ronneby and Karlskrona with proximity to the bus stop which can take one to both cities. To the sea it is about 2 km where there are both boat harbor and swimming area. There are 2 bicycles. Out on the property is a guest house with 2 beds that can be used. But this guest house is not winterized so after September it is not available to use.
