Feel like an authentic Lisboner at this traditional working-class villa. The apartment is inserted in a renovated old moth building, it has plenty of natural light, a small balcony where you can relax after a day of hikes through Lisbon! But if you still have enough energy you can do your daily training in the gym of the condominium. In this apartment, you can find the quiet and silence of the countryside, within the historic center of Lisbon. This Neighborhood is the stage of what is genuinely Portuguese. Villas with strong localist traditions and with historical roots and secular heritage. The apartment is inserted in a gated community with gymnasium, in what was once called Vila Rosária, a village built to receive workers who came from the interior of Portugal looking for new opportunities. The architecture and traditional features were maintained, achieving a genuinely Portuguese Village with immense refinement. You will certainly see, in front of the condominium, groups of people sitting remembering other times and playing cards. The apartment is a Duplex, consisting on the ground floor of a bedroom with double bed that still has a small balcony perfect for relaxing, a bathroom with polyban (hairdryer), kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, fridge, oven, stove, washing machine, iron and dishwasher. And also a living room with Smart TV. on the 1st floor will have a large bedroom, with a reading area and another area with two single beds and a sofa bed. The whole apartment has air conditioning. Inside the condominium you have free access to a gym where you can burn calories after so many cream pastries. Welcome gift The apartment is for full and exclusive use of guests. The apartment is housed in a building with few residents. It is forbidden to make noise after 10 pm that may disturb other residents, as well as disrespect for the common areas of the building. Whenever possible, I will receive them in person giving you useful tips and explanations to make your stay more special. If it is Self check in you will be sent the instructions by WhatsApp and you will have in the apartment a useful guide with tips to make your stay easier. Vila Rosário is close to the charming Graça district, surrounded by cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy and traditional commerce. Explore the streets and the various picturesque viewpoints of the neighborhood with a breathtaking view over Lisbon and the Tagus River. In addition to the 28 to 500 meters, 2 buses pass by the door (730 and 797) Paid parking on the street from Monday to Friday from 9am to 7pm There are two Lisbon guides in the apartment for your use. Early check in or late check out, whenever possible, will be allowed. Check in after 8pm, it will be self check-in For stays longer than 7 days, I will arrange a cleaning with change of bed sheets and bath towels. If requested in advance, a Wifi Pocket is available, a device that allows you to have internet throughout the city. The apartment has everything you need (Towels, sheets, shower gel, shampoo)
