This small apartment completely renovated, very functional, is conveniently located in the heart of the Catalan Pyrenees for a stay in the mountains in the sunniest region of France. Beautiful apartment of 45 m² on the 1st level composed of an equipped kitchen. The TV lounge closes like a bedroom and consists of a sofa bed. A large balcony overlooking the lake. Le chalet montagnard

This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. The view from the accommodation is exceptional offering a magnificent 180° panoramic view. Its neat mountain style decoration warms the mood. Bedding with new mattresses offers great nights sleep. Its total surface area is 75m2 . The cottage is located on an uncrowded street and especially used by walkers. The place is quiet while being close to the center and its shops on foot!!

Cozy chalet apartment with exceptional views. Very nice apartment refurbished. The apartment is individual and has an independent entrance and terrace with outdoor access. 3 bedrooms with 3 large beds including one on a closed mezzanine upstairs with its own shower room. The other two bedrooms are on the ground floor and have another shower room. Trois TV-WIFI Fridge-nespresso-washer-dishwasher oven- microwave 500 m from the slopes and shops.

Located 5 minutes walk from the center of the resort. A free shuttle bus will take you from the residence to the foot of the slopes. Many shops are at your disposal behind the residence. baker, butcher, supermarket, hairdresser, shops .
