This unit (B) is part of a duplex with separate entrance on the side. This unit can easily sleep 3 with a full size bed and a sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a shared driveway and a shared laundry room with washer and dryer with a separate entrance on the property. No events allowed.

Located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to downtown Venice and Englewood. Very large and private lot with beautiful mature palms! The home has tray and soaring vaulted ceilings. The whole home opens up onto the pool area with sliders in every room. The bedrooms are configured in a split style with the very large master suite being totally private.

This is a ranch that has two separate units. One unit in the front, one in the back of the house. You can rent one unit or both. Each has two bedrooms and 1 Full Bathroom. The private beach is located just across the street. At the end of the street are restaurants with nightly entertainment, fun for all ages. If you are looking for other things to do, Venice Beach, Sarasota and Punta Gorda are only a 25 min drive. Ft. Myers is a 1 hour drive. Public pool minutes away.

This little house has all the amenities you need for your stay. located on Dearborn St and just minutes away from Karaoke, Dancing, Food & Drink, Shopping, Yoga on the Beach every morning. 2.4 Miles to beach. There are also many Signature public golf courses in the surrounding area. This house is stocked with what you need for a fun relaxing time. We do accept dogs but sorry no cats.
