Spacious, lovely and quiet one bedroom annex situated in the charming town of Leigh-on-Sea. The annex is joined to the main building by a locked acoustic door. A two minute walk to Bonchurch Park and a short walk to Belfairs Nature Reserve. Plenty of local shops within a 5-15 minute walk and a 15-25 minute walk to Leigh broadway, Old Leigh/beach and Leigh station. We are a 12 minute drive to Southend Airport. A small south-facing patio available for guest use. Off-road parking space.

With Covid 19 we have established very stringent cleaning after every stay, we also provide masks and sanitiser. All soft furnishing are also cleaned and have taken away non essential decorative items, but we are sure this won't alter your stay so come and have an exciting stay vacation at Leigh-on-Sea this summer. We are within walking distance of Leigh-on-Sea station with a 40 minute journey into London. Stay vacations are the way to go in 2022
