The apartment has a southern exposure with one of the best views of Briançon. The fortifications and the Vauban City are within walking distance only 300m from the apartment. It is close to all amenities, bakery, tobacco, restaurants, historic center, grocery store. Serre Chevalier station is 1.5 km away by car and also by bus with the stop 200 m away. The apartment has a garage, very convenient especially in winter! Montgenèvre and Italy are 13 km away!

Hello, we rent a nice studio of 25m2 in the heart of Mônetier-les-Bains including a sunny balcony facing southeast with mountain views and the edge of the Guisane. Great for breakfast or lunch in the sun :-) Location is top: -The slopes are 400m walk. -Departure of cross-country skiing trail and snowshoes at the foot of the building. -The baths and the small cinema are 200m away. -Boulangerie, sherpa, restaurants and shops are 300m. good stay, Yannick

Quiet and pretty view in the heart of the Ecrins.

Charming renovated 2 room apartment in old country house with entrance to the DRC, plus balcony and magnificent view of the Casset Glacier. Le Casset is an old small village typical of the area and is located in the heart of a wild space in the Ecrins National Park. The apartment is on the south-facing garden floor, next to the Cité Vauban, a 5-minute walk from the shops. The sunny apartment is very quiet with a large garden. It is very functional and full of charm. This apartment is ideal for a couple. We are very well connected by public transport (TGV shuttle stop and urban bus at 30 meters). Our green garden is relaxing. We offer a parking space exclusively reserved for the apartment.
