Great for families! Hot tub, ping pong, gas grill. 3 acres, 3/4 acre pond with dock, and fishing poles. Small sandy beach for access to float or use our kid kayaks, playscape/sand box. 20 to min E Lansing, 30 min to Lansing. 1 mile to Perry, gas, grocery, restaurants. ONLY REGISTERED OVERNIGHT GUESTS ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY UNLESS YOU PREAPPROVE AND PAY FOR EXTRAS, up to 10 for 3-4 hours allowed for $100. MAXIMUM FOR OVERNIGHT IS 10. SORRY NO PETS, NO WEDDINGS, NO groups of 20-30 yr olds.

Spacious and comfortable bedroom with shared bath

My home is a half mile in on a dirt road in a tranquil rural setting, yet very close to all the highways in the Grand Ledge/Lansing area. In the summer, you can enjoy the back deck and hear the birds sing. Really comfy queen bed. Your bath is the main bathroom off the hallway. You'll be the only one showering in it, as I have a private bath. I have 2 cats, Onyx and Luna Blue. They're friendly and will visit if you like. if not, politely shoo them out. Clapping your hands works too.

Clean and Cozy Room, Private Bathroom

Be our guest in our quiet neighborhood just outside of Lansing. Only minutes from MSU, museums, and outdoor activities. Right across from Esker Landing Park and the Holt Trail that goes from Mason to Lansing. You can also rent kayaks for the lake across the street. We offer a continental breakfast, beautiful surroundings, and our apartment is very accessible for those with mobility challenges. Our check in/out times are flexible and same day reservations are usually fine.

Country Oasis near MSU-Private Entrance-Breakfast.

Close but not too close to the Big Ten college, MSU. Get away from it all with a short walk through our Sassafras trees or enjoy a stroll down the country dirt road. Our well lit get away is one mile from the freeway I-69. Just 9 miles from Michigan State and another couple to LCC ,the Lugnut(baseball) stadium or the State’s capital city, Lansing. We are 20 min. From the Capital City airport . Lots of shopping. Covid safety: Please show proof of vaccine.
