It consists of 5 beds... it overlooks the main street of Lampedusa to enjoy the nightlife, where there are restaurants, bars, shops, etc. open until late at night furnished in luxury style you will spend a dream vacation in a dream home. You will enjoy all the comforts such as climate, 2 flat screen TVs, kitchen, washing machine.... the furniture is new and tasteful so in addition to the place you will stay in a comfortable environment

Delightful villa overlooking Lampedusa

This villa was built by my father at the highest point on the island due to its splendid view of the harbor and the proximity to the center of the village. It has 3 bedrooms with air conditioning, two bathrooms, kitchen and living room as well as a patio always shaded with a large masonry table and a garden full of plants and trees. There is also an outdoor shower with hot water, private parking and a large solarium from which you can see the entire island. Rental includes daily cleaning.

In the very central Via Roma 50 meters from the old port, in a newly built building with only 4 apartments, we offer spacious and quiet two-room apartment of 50 square meters ideal for 3 adults. Families of 4 are still welcome, please contact me for confirmation. Despite being located near the island's nightlife, the 'strategic' location allows you to enjoy the pleasant quiet particularly appreciated after an intense day spent between sea, sun and various entertainment.

L'esterno ha mantenuto tutte le sue caratteristiche originarie compreso il terreno/giardino ricco di rocce e flora mediterranea autoctona. L'interno è stato ristrutturato recentemente in modo semplice e funzionale. La casa è composta da un soggiorno vista mare con cucina a vista e divano letto matrimoniale.
