Wonderfull villa in the best area of Tenerife. Close to Siam Park and Siam Mall. Close to the restaurants, shops and the best beaches of Tenerife. Consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 1 wc. Has a nice garden with Jacuzzi. The heating for Jacuzzi will be 150 euros per a week. Perfect place for families and friends. Important: it's not allowed to make any parties or make noise after 22.00 cause it's residencial complex. We have outdoor camera for security.

Villa is located in very nice elite area with 5* hotels. There are two large shopping centers, supermarkets, embankment, cafes, restaurants near the complex. There are 2 beach near: with volcanic sand and with yellow sand. It is just 5 minutes walk to the most beautiful beach in Tenerife "Playa del Duque"! Perfect place for family vacation and for friends !
