Upstairs is an open plan kitchen and living room, whilst downstairs has the spacious bedroom (with doors onto private garden) and bathroom (shower and toilet). Overhead fans and AC in the bedroom. Only an 800m stroll along the river to Pub Street and close to Brother Bong cafe.
