The space is geothermally heated so you won't run out of hot water and the concrete floors are warm on bare feet. The main sits on the front of the property and the guest loft is over the garage which does require the renter to climb stairs. This unit does have access to laundry services but does not have a kitchen (has a microwave, Keurig, toaster and paper/plastic products).
