The Hummingbird house was built in 2017, nestled in Tongass National Rainforest. Cathedral ceiling, natural light surrounded by cedar trees with a filtered ocean view. Feels like you're tucked away in a treehouse. We are located across from the beach in a quiet northend neighborhood. We also have a 2017 Jeep Renegade Rental listed on TURO. No smoking or vaping permitted. Local sales tax 2.5% & transient occupancy tax of 4.0%. Approved by U.S. General Services Admin for federal employee AK5107.
