You will not find a better view of Lake Cumberland! Newly renovated 2022!! Previously our family home, we cherish this property. We ask anyone renting to respect the neighbors and home as we have. The Lakeview Blue House is within walking distance of Lake Cumberland, several restaurants, gas stations and a liquor store. There is a seasonally open public boat ramp directly over the hill from the home and many others including Waitsboro, Burnside Marina and Burnside Island State Park/ ramp nearby.

Simply Sailing is a quaint one bedroom, one bath cottage that sleeps four, located at Barren River Lake. The home has everything you need for your stay. Basic cooking utensils, a charcoal grill, TV with DVD player with movies and board games are there for the perfect family vacation. We have recently added a smart TV to the bedroom. We do welcome "small" family pets ($75 non-refundable fee) "Free Wi-Fi" We also have a cabin next door that sleeps 4 for larger groups called, Fishy Business.

House is located in a gated, private community with a 320 acre lake up to 70 ft deep. Only pontoon boats and fishing boats permitted, ensuring a quiet lake experience and wake-free dock sitting. Two kayaks, canoe, paddle board and some basic fishing equipment for guest use. Pontoon rental by owner - separate contract.

Feel free to take a stroll around the property, and in the evening make a fire and roast marshmallows. This location is just roughly 10 mins off of I75. Close attractions include Cumberland Falls, Levi Jackson, Pine Mountain and Laurel Lake. Summertime means fishing! Within 20 minute drive Grider Hill Marina and 1/2 hour drive to Dale Hollow Lake. Fire pit and outdoor gas grill supplied. We are on central time zone check in time is 4:00 PM and checkout is 11:00 AM We are pet friendly however there is a fee of $50 with a 2 pet limit.
