This 1 bedroom apartment has simply stunning sea views from all rooms. Spacious living area with quirky clawfoot bath couch and vintage telescope sat in floor to ceiling bay window, perfect for chilling out with a glass of wine enjoying nautical views, freesat TV, Bose bluetooth speaker system. High speed wifi, Apple TV with Netflix subscription. King size bedroom with direct sea views via double doors to living area. Small but perfectly formed, fully equipped kitchen situated off living space with large sea facing window. Impressive spacious wet room room situated off the main corridor and main bedroom. The perfect romantic retreat! Herne Bay is a charming quintessentially British seaside town with lots to offer. Lovely small boutiques and independant shops. Great restaurants and cafe's, coastal walks / cycle paths to Whitstable & Reculver Towers and beyond as far as you wish to wonder. Stroll on the pier with its arts and crafts stalls at weekends, old fashion amusement arcades, a fab old time bingo hall, original bandstand with lots of events in summer. The perfect spot for a romantic break. Historic Canterbury (7 miles) and the charming town of Whitstable (4 miles) is a short drive or bus journey away. There is a cycle path on the seafront that will take you to Whitstable one direction and Margate, Broadstairs and beyond the other. On booking will send you a full guide on the area, great places to eat, drink and places to visit. I'm an Airbnb Superhost and passionate that all guests have a great stay. Please see my ratings. Communal front lawn and terrace, perfect for BBQs and sundowners. I will normally be there to meet and greet guests on arrival. If not I will send key collection details the morning of your booking. My housekeeper lives close by and is on hand if needed during stay. Herne Bay is a charming quintessentially British seaside town with lovely, quirky, and independent shops, as well as great restaurants and cafe's, coastal walks and cycle paths to Whitstable & Reculver Towers and beyond—a perfect place to wander. I will send you a comprehensive list with some amazing places to eat drink, walks to enjoy and places to visit. Local busses to Canterbury and Whitstable. Herne Bay station is a 10/15 min walk or £3 taxi ride from the apartment. The station serves all of the Kent coast, Whitstable - 7 mins - Margate - 15 mins - Broadstairs and its sandy beaches - 20 mins. London Victoria and London St Pancras International easily reached in 1 hour and 20 mins approx. Note: A minimum 2 night stay applies all year round.

Watch sea birds over a coffee with high-powered binoculars, cook up a hearty breakfast, then recharge the batteries with a Clifftop, harbour-side or beachfront walk. Arguably the finest view in Folkestone, a panorama to behold, watch the sun rise and set over the English Channel. Guests of Devine View have access to the entire apartment on an exclusive basis, there is a communal stair way serving the middle apartment and Devine View apartment. When possible we like to greet our guests and give a brief introduction to the apartment, we live within a short walk so are generally available should guests need assistance or advice. Devine View sits on the popular East Cliff over looking Folkestone Harbour Arm. A five-minute walk reaches the harbour area, or beautiful cliff top walks are on the doorstep. A wide selection of eateries and bars lie within easy reach. Wear Bay Road is within a residential area with free unrestricted on street parking. A bus stop is located for daytime services (not including Sunday’s) within yards of the property, allowing guests to travel to town centre via the harbour/seafront. The harbour/seafront is only five minutes downhill walk or via steps. Red Arrows display and much more this coming Sunday 30th June. Watch them from the balcony! There is free unrestricted car parking opposite the apartment. The apartment has WiFi connected.

Coldharbour Barn Starboard is one of a pair of similar appartments . Both have their own totally separate accomodation and private patio area. They are set in beautiful Kent countryside down a farm lane, but still within a short 0.5 mile walk of the historic town of Tenterden. Each property has a fully equipped kitchen with an open plan sitting and eating area. The properties are both new conversions and are built to modern building safety regulations. Chapel Down vineyard is a 5-10 minute drive

Beachfront apartment with patio and amazing sea view. Baydream Apartment is a self-contained space built on the side of our house. It's comfortable, spacious, light and airy. It has its own front door and parking on the drive as well as free parking on the street. You can be on the sandy beach in just 2 minutes, a Seaside Award meaning it is one of the best beaches in England. We are far enough out of town to be peaceful but only a 10 minute walk along the cliff top to the vibrant town centre.

Our beach apartment is in a beautiful converted Victorian period house, with it's own private balcony, less than 5 mins walk from Minnis Bay Beach. Birchington Station (10 mins walk) provides good links to London and nearby coastal retreats. There is a parade of shops with a convenience store, fish and chips, cafe and micro pub 2 mins away. The Minnis Bay Brasserie is a 5 min walk away along the promenade. There are great routes for walking/running/cycling in all directions.

This is the perfect place to kick off your shoes and relax after a long day enjoying the beautiful sights and coastal walks on offer. The apartment itself is nestled away in a very quiet cliff top road, very few cars use the road. Located in the pretty village of Beltinge, there is a small supermarket, post office and pub within walking distance.

Just over an hour from London, find yourself in the heart of the English countryside with beautiful walks, the coast, and historic towns on your doorstep. Lyminge is five miles from the seaside in Hythe. It has a Chemist, Doctors' surgery, a village store, Chinese restaurant, Indian take-way, a Tea Room - which does very nice breakfasts . There are 2 good pubs nearby - the Gatekeeper in Etchinghill and the Tiger in Stowting. Dogs are welcome - one medium size or two small ones.

A grade II listed apartment in the centre of Rye. The property is situated at the bottom of famous cobbled Mermaid Street in the oldest part of Rye. It is a short walk to local pubs, restaurants and fish and chip shops with beaches within a 10 minute drive. The property features a quirky steep winded staircase and is set on 2 floors! These are also super steep so please be careful with children. A 10 minute walk from Rye station.

A fantastic one bedroom apartment with a separate kitchen and much sought after parking right outside the front door on your own drive. No need to use your car, as once here, everything is within walking distance - a feature all our guests appreciate! There is also an EV charger for those with electric cars. Molly's Place is suitable for the less mobile with a ramp in to the front door and a walk in shower in the bathroom.

Lepine- stylish, luxury apartment in Folkestone

Welcome to Lepine, a completely self contained apartment with its own front door access at the side of a Victorian house. A quiet, leafy hideaway, the main room features a kingsize bed, velvet sofa and kitchenette. The shower room is decorated in an art deco style. Lepine is very close to Folkestone Central train station and the town centre, harbour, beaches and restaurants are walking distance or a short drive away.
