Our old renovated Newari house- a real doll house- is quietly nested behind Nakabahil square, about 200m away from Patan Durbar Square. It is a unique place as it is a Newari family house that has been fully renovated to incorporate top notch design and comfort features. Note that you have to be happy about climbing stairs as each room is located on a different floor! The house has nice natural light on the top floor (in the living room/ working space and private terrace).

The space is in our family home, which is at a 10-15 minute walk from Thamel in a quiet residential neighborhood. The room receives ample sunlight throughout the day, keeping the room warm, cosy and bright. The size of the apartment is 28 square meter. Everything that you might need to make for a perfect AirBnb stay is available! The kitchen is well equipped with all the kitchen essentials and basic cooking ingredients.You can check my other listings for different options!

I can't say enough good things about this place! The rooms are so clean and comfortable, the location can't be beat, the views of Boudhanath Stupa from the rooftop are stellar, and the hospitality is first class. Pasang and the staff make you feel part of the family, and constantly do everything they can to make your stay as great a possible. I didn't get to eat the food, but if it's anything on par with the hotel, it's five stars. Hope you get the chance to stay here!
