Stenhaga - lake house

Stenhaga, house with lake plot, about 80 meters from our own lake. Large wooden deck with table and seating. Small sandy beach. Floating dock with bathing ladder. The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here at Airbnb. Fishing included. Scheduled lax. A fish is included in the rental rental then SEK 130/ lax. Rowboat is included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled all the way to the side, large opening out to the terrace. Level 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Level 2 - Living room with open fireplace, balcony, 3 bedrooms. Wifi, apple tv.

Beautiful deciduous trees and bushes surround your home. German and Swedish TV are available. Wifi and Chromecast. Excursions to the glass kingdom like Kosta and Öland are close to visiting. Newly built cottage on our plot, 42 m2 downstairs and two sleeping lofts, 13 m2 each! Quiet and close to nature, yet close to a lot. Sleeps 6, full kitchen and bathrooms. Approx. 4 km to swimming. 8 km to the ferry town where shopping center, restaurants and large Ica store are located. 4 km to Öland Bridge. Three miles to Borgholm. 200 meters to the bus stop! Bring shower towels and own linens! We provide soap, small towels and toilet paper! Cleaning is done by the tenant, otherwise we will charge a cleaning fee of 800kr!

Åslemåla, a beautiful place on the country side

A small guest house with room for 4 people, located on the country side. Kitchen, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, stove, toilett, Tv, dvd, play station 3.....if you can not find the second bed room... look again and it helps if you have seen the movie Narnia :)....There is no shower in the guest house, but an out door shower in the garden… also no wi-fi in the guest house. A peaceful and quiet environment in middle of the nature....
