Jump into our outdoor pool and swim next to a thatched gazebo at the far end. Enjoyed by weekenders, safari, and business travelers alike. Quaint and far from the hustle and bustle of the city. The cottage is part of our Seas4life collection - check out our website. We have so much for you to do both within Ol Losowan (at an extra cost & booked in advance) and in the nearby areas that combine nature, wildlife, culture, adventure, indulgence, and relaxation. A cozy private charming cottage set in a lush, tranquil environment. The cottage has one ensuite bedroom, a kitchen, verandah and walled garden. The 18 metre swimming pool, garden and outdoor pool house area are shared spaces. Other areas that can be used if discussed include the trampoline, tennis wall and veggie garden. The main house, Ol Losowan, is in the same property (where Julie and Otto live) and the Blue Cottage which retains its privacy. In walking distance are the Giraffe Centre, Matt Bronze, Boho Restaurant, Langata Link and Hardy Post stores and shops. The Elephant Orphanage, the Karen Blixen Museum, and the Galleria and Hub shopping malls are within 10 - 25 mins. Wilson Airport and Jomo Kenyatta International Airport are within 25 - 45 mins, and 30 mins - 1 hour respectively. This charming cottage is set apart by the wilderness where monkeys and warthogs occasionally come to visit, and the garden is filled with butterflies and variety of birds. The 18 metre swimming pool, garden and outdoor pool house area are shared spaces. Available to assist any time during your stay - and give me 24 hours notice to respond to anything on email/airbnb. A charming cottage, in a butterfly filled wild garden, with a shallow 18 m pool, gazebo, fitness area, homely environment and a great location to explore. Activities -Walks, cycles, hikes up the Ngong hills, visit to the Giraffe Center, Nairobi National Park, David Sheldrick Wildlife and Karen shopping outside of Nairobi. A great spot to work from if on a business trip. Easy to get to, and in proximity to Wilson and JKIA Airports. Safaris around Kenya can be arranged through Seas4Life Safari. Moses - our taxi friend - will be available to assist for any transfers, please ask for further details. There is also good uber service in Nairobi, though it is important to be sure or the address to avoid confusion. Laundry Services: We have laundry services for guests who may have laundry needs. Our cleaners will collect them and return them freshly cleaned, ironed and folded at a reasonable cost. Driver services: We have a reliable and trustworthy driver who will be happy to pick you up and drop you off at the airport and drive you anywhere else you may need at normal taxi rates. Chef: Upon request, we can arrange for Janet, our chef to cook for you on special occasions. Safaris: If you are interested in safaris, I can advise. Wilson airport at 10 to 15 min.All easily accessible with UBER. Enjoy healthy breakfasts and lunches, at our Boho Eatery on site. Sorry not open on Monday’s. One can walk to nearby News Cafe for diner.
