Completely private studio with ocean view from 1st floor lanai. The Islander Inn has the best grounds and location is bar none. Queen size bed. Desk and chair for working. Walk across the street to sand beach, restaurants and shops! Pool, hot tub and BBQ are the shared areas. Minimal cooking. Full size refrigerator for cool drinks and leftovers from all the great restaurants you can walk to. Best location possible! IRONMAN IS A MIN 14 NIGHT STAY. Pest control 1st Thurs. Jan, Apr, Jul and Oct.

Serenity in Kona- with epic ocean views! Wake up with the ocean waves crashing below. Hang out on the lanai with some Kona coffee from the Green Flash cafe next door. You have a front row seat for whale watching during whale season. Or, hang out and enjoy the sunsets- at times with our local manta ray! We have a queen sofa bed, and AC. Close to town- an 18 minute walk. Quiet, very little road noise here. You can rent bikes too across the street.

We are located in the heart of Kona town. You can walk to yummy restaurants, the farmer's market, 2 beaches, great island shopping and fun island activities. Our condo has been remodeled with tile floors, granite countertops, an added kitchenette, and beautiful all wood furniture. We recently replaced the mattress as well. Our unit overlooks the pool and the beautiful Islander Inn tropical gardens.
