Our new studio's are located in charming old part of Pula. Studio's apartmant is brend New. We have his own kitchen & toalet . They have all windows&lots of light.In this unit is possible to put one exstra bed if you do not want to share one size bed. All amenities are close, buses lines to all parts of Pula are few steps from us. We are on the best location you can get.We are just few steps from market place where you can buy,meat,fish,fresh fruits and veggies,also banks,post office,bakery..

Del mar is very stylish and confortable place for 3 people 70 m.from the beach and 1 min by foot from big Max city mall(buy groceries,drink a coffee,watch movie cinestar,eat wok...).Beautifull location who has everything that you need !Gym on the open area,volleyball &child playground is also 70 m from app.We have bakery,2 great restaurants,fast food and ice cream , 2 bus station Parking place is near the app. and it is for free.We have new ski-lift with beach bar on the water :-)

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
