Y Selar / Lower ground apartment in Caernarfon

This is a lovely 1 bed lower ground floor flat within my house. it’s situated right in the centre of Caernarfon. Unlike some basements there are 3 windows with plenty of day light coming in. This is a 200 year old house so the floors and walls are old and you can hear everything from the floors above. Please be mindful of this when booking and read my reviews. The flat was renovated to a very high standard in 2021. This flat offers comfortable accommodation for a couple or a single person.

The Duck House looks over the Snowdonia mountain range and is next to the river, near the forest and beautiful beaches, family/dog friendly restaurants and locations. You’ll love our cottage especially the cosiness, the views, and the location. Great for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids), and furry friends. We are walking distance to a RSPB reserve where you can hear the bittern. Come and enjoy the lovely setting in this romantic spot in nature.
