Casa La Rioja 4 is in front of the seawall, the waves of the sea break 3 meters from your window. The swing area is just for you. We are in downtown area close to the ferry and Playa Norte. This space is ideal to spend with you, family or friends enjoying the Del Mar view. You will be able to sunbathe on the sunbeds on the terrace (shared with the renters of Casa LaRioja, climb the wooden stairs) It is heard when people pass over the seawall as it is public.
