Located on the beach of the picturesque cove of Karavostamo our house is ideal for families, group of friends and couples. The loft has a main space with a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and an amazing view from the balcony, while the upper deck has two double beds. Two sofas in the living room can also be converted into beds. Renovated, with a nautical theme reminiscent of the island’s sea culture and history. One can gaze at the horizon of the Aegean sea from each corner of the house.

Loukoulos' Red maisonette

The traditional colourful house is located over a cliff, which provides it with an excellent seaview. The surrounding green garden is commoned with two other houses. Getting down the cliff through our stairs will get you in the main sandy beach of Votsalakia village. So you could be swimming in two minutes, after you wake up. Very close to us is the down town of Votsalakia village(0.7km). Furthermore many beautiful beaches are closer than 1km.
