Very nice private level BnB rental in Homer. Beautiful bay/mountain views from all rooms.A remote feel just a few minutes from town and the spit. It is a private level & entry with 2 bedrooms w/queen and twin beds in each. Full size futon couch in the living room for sleeping up to 5. Full kitchen & bath w/laundry. 50” tv. The Lookout Apartment . This place is a little slice of Heaven it has sweeping views of outer Kachemak Bay and Kenai Mnts. and 3 major Volcanoes across Cook Inlet. It can accommodate up to 4 -6 singles or 2 couples and is close to Down town and the Harbor, 5 minute drive to town or 15 minute drive "honestly" to the Homer Spit and Harbor. The Lookout Apt makes a great home base you can go anywhere on the Kenai Pennisula in 3 hrs. from here, make sure to check out are week long discount.

The main floor bedroom has a queen bed. The "Nest" on the second floor houses a queen bed and 3 singles. The kitchen ladder leads to a lower loft with a twin space and an upper loft with a queen space. The kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils and dishes. Our bathroom has a unique shower stall stocked with shampoo and body wash. Towels provided. Community laundry at the front of the unit. There is an upright freezer to accommodate fishing hauls!

Cute apartment right in town. Within walking distance to restaurants, art galleries and coffee shops. Pratt Museum and hiking trails around the corner. Get cozy and relax with a good book/movie inside or enjoy the sculpted yard on a quiet street. Soak in the jetted tub or enjoy cooking in the full kitchen.
