Only 10 miles to the renowned Salt Lick BBQ in Driftwood, under 25 miles to COTA, Wimberley, Dripping Springs & downtown Austin. Plz keep in mind traffic when selecting our little place.

Great location - only 15 minutes from Dripping Springs, Wimberley, & Kyle. 40 min to DT Austin. Enjoy our private & clean apartment with many amenities: fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room, super comfy bed, shower with great pressure, strong internet, 100's of movies, board & yard games, and access to the back yard with pool, (which is only for us and our guests) & bathroom. The tiny house is located in far South Austin. The location is ideal for those that want to be out of the busy city yet still a 15 min drive to downtown. We have a spacious 8 acre property. The tiny home is ideal for solo adventurers, business travelers or a couple of friends. This is a true tiny home and can only accommodate a total of two travelers for the duration of the stay. Simple Gifts

Simple Gifts is just that - a cozy, happy, modest home on one of the few original residential streets left over in the very center of Wimberley. It's no ritzy investment property and I LIVE in the house between "rents" (so please expect that), BUT it's lovely and I take a lot of pride in it. We are walking distance to ALL the central stuff, it's safe, cozy, clean, full of bright light, and can fit your whole family (if you want to pay for the extra guests).
